Continental has significantly expanded its global portfolio of ultra-high-performance (UHP) tires – tires measuring 18 inches and above – over the past five years and plans to strengthen this segment further in the future. By the end of 2027, the company will add more than 650 new tire sizes across all tire lines, for both original equipment on new cars and the replacement market. By expanding its portfolio, the tire manufacturer is responding to growing demand for high-performance tires designed for larger, heavier and more powerful vehicles, as well as electrified drive systems, while laying the foundation for further profitable growth in this segment.

Continental is expanding its Conti Scandinavia winter tire portfolio with a new 315/60 R 22.5 steering axle tire.

With the ContiMotion EVO, Continental is launching the successor to its popular ContiMotion sport touring tire. 

Continental supplies factory-fitted tires for the new Audi Q3, providing year-round performance in summer heat, autumn rain and winter snow. For its compact SUV model, Audi has granted original-equipment approvals for the EcoContact 6 Q summer tire. The car manufacturer also recommends the ProContact TX10 all-season tire and the WinterContact TS 870 P winter tire. The approvals cover tire sizes from 17 to 20 inches.

Continental has received original-equipment approval for the new Volkswagen ID. Polo. The all-electric compact model will be fitted as standard with Continental’s EcoContact 7 summer tire, after the Wolfsburg-based car manufacturer approved the 17- and 18-inch sizes. Volkswagen also recommends the 18-inch versions of the AllSeasonContact 2 and the WinterContact TS 870 P.

Aero 111 performance is now available in 32mm, optimized for challenging road conditions and maximum comfort on long-distance rides.

The Gravity range grows with new Trail Soft and Enduro SuperSoft combinations across Continental's proven MTB lineup.

Continental has received original equipment approval for the all-electric Škoda Elroq. The Continental EcoContact 7 in size 235/50 R20 has been approved for the front axle and size 255/45 R20 for the rear axle of the electric SUV. “R20” indicates tires designed for 20-inch rims.
