This program gives you the unique opportunity to gain up to 24 months of professional experience as part of an international Controlling team at Continental Tires. You will be able to build a cross-functional network to advance your career and help shape the future of mobility.

Home Plant Phase I – Onboarding & Shopfloor experience
In the first 6 months, you will become familiar with the main functions of the Controlling organization, dive into the daily operations at your tire plant to build up a profound knowledge on how all departments work together, contributing to our high-quality tire products.
Home Plant Phase II - First Projects and International Exposure
Starting the second phase of 6 months, you will participate in the Trainee Meeting Week at the central location in Hanover, Germany. Here you will meet your trainee peers from various locations worldwide and together receive your first global group project, get to know your counterparts, and build up your central network.
Central Phase – Group Projects, Field Trips & Activities
During this third phase of your graduate program, you will spend 6 out of 9 months in Hanover alongside your Trainee peers. This experience will allow you to familiarize yourself with how the global organization is collaborating effectively, further improve your project management skills and build up your own network. Besides this, you will experience teambuilding activities, trips to other Continental locations, contribute to strategic and global projects with a real-world impact on our production processes. In addition, you will gain insights into the research and development of our new tires and into our marketing & sales organization to get to know the full value chain of our Tires.
2nd Plant Stay
During this last phase of your program, you have the chance to stay at one of our globally located plants for an additional 6 months. Here you will have the chance to apply your newly gained controlling expertise through hands-on practical experience and showcase your skills. In addition, you will learn about the differences & similarities to your home location and enjoy their culture and way of life, experiencing a great journey and make many new friends along the way.
The experience gained throughout the program will provide you will the necessary tools to head-start your career at Continental. You will be prepared to take on a variety of different positions at the plant controlling department.

- An above-average degree in business administration, economics, international management, finance or controlling
- Fluent in English and the language of the country of your employment
