In purchasing, this means that we think long-term, act transparently, and work with partners who share our convictions. Together, we are shaping a supply chain that respects the environment, people, and resources—and enables innovations that bring real progress.

We expect all our direct suppliers to act responsibly – in line with international standards for human rights, environmental protection, and corporate due diligence. To this end, they are required to implement appropriate due diligence processes to identify, prevent, and mitigate risks of adverse impacts on human and environmental rights in their supply chains, including appropriate grievance mechanisms and transparent reporting.

We are committed to supporting our business partners and, in particular, our direct suppliers, e.g., by introducing appropriate control mechanisms, development plans, defining contractual agreements, and providing training.
