After finalizing the eXplore Program, I took on further challenges which took me to leading a diverse & dynamic team. Together, we are driving the digital transformation at out location.

I joined the trainee program to get a good start into my career at Continental Tires and the world of manufacturing tires.

With the experience provided to me by the Global Manufacturing Information Technology Trainee program I was able to work on and learn different skills, adapt to the multicultural world we are currently in, live through unique experiences and gain friends that will stay with me forever.

Within the eXplore Tires Trainee Program I got to travel the world, meet friends that I will keep for a lifetime and experience new cultures through my love for controlling.

I have joined the eXplore Tires Trainee program to gain in-depth skills and knowledge about the tires manufacturing processes. I saw it also as great chance for networking. It has definitely helped me enrich my world view.
