We offer our employees and their families many different kinds of support to prepare them for international assignments, including exploratory visits, intercultural training courses, foreign language classes for families, and job coaching for partners. And our international assignments can last anything from six months to five years. The popularity of such programs can be seen from the continuous increase in the number of international assignments at Continental in recent years.
