Your Start at Continental
Optimal integration in your new working environment is essential when you start a new job. At Continental, we guide you along your way right from the beginning with customized entry-level programs, talent initiatives, seminars, and workshops.
The CEP will not only teach you about the company and its culture. Right at the start of your career, you are given the opportunity to establish cross-functional / -divisional and intercultural networks. The CEP can comprise the following module(s) eLearning C.OnBoard and the Continental Entry Conference.
Via the individual eLearning program C.OnBoard you will receive relevant information and gain a comprehensive overview of key issues at the company. You will be able to establish your own network and discuss the individual modules via the C.OnBoard ConNext community, our professional social network.
Depending on the location you will also be invited to the Continental Entry Conference (CEC). At the CEC, you will get to know lots of new starters and experience our corporate spirit at first hand – across functional and regional borders.
