AUMOVIO Executive Board Complete: Jutta Dönges Becomes Chief Financial Officer

Frankfurt, Germany, August 28, 2025. Dr Jutta A. Dönges will become a member of the executive board and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of AUMOVIO SE (AUMOVIO). She will take over the role no later than March 1, 2026 from AUMOVIO CEO Philipp von Hirschheydt, who is holding this role on an interim basis. Dönges was appointed by the supervisory board of AUMOVIO for a period of 3 years. The 52-year-old is currently a member of the executive board of Uniper SE as CFO.

AUMOVIO will act as a company independent from Continental with its planned stock market listing on September 18, 2025. The appointment of Dönges as CFO further strengthens and positions the executive board of the technology and electronics company for its development as an independent, listed company.

Jutta A. Dönges studied industrial engineering at the Technical University of Darmstadt and received her doctorate in 2001 from the Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main. After holding management positions at international financial service providers, she became a member of the management committee of the Federal Financial Market Stabilization Agency in Frankfurt in 2015, which she took over as head in 2016. From 2018 to 2022, Dönges was Managing Director of Finanzagentur GmbH in Frankfurt, a financial services company in the Federal Republic of Germany. Since 2023, she has been a member of the executive board and CFO of listed Uniper SE. She was also a long-standing member of the supervisory board of Commerzbank AG and is a member of the supervisory board of TUI AG. In addition, she is a member of the board of directors of Deutsches Aktieninstitut.
