Brazil


We are happy about our two awards in Brazil. Each year, 150 companies are selected that have excelled with an excellent working environment throughout the year - and we are one of them!

China

Continental China was recognized as one of 2020 China TOP Graduate Employers, by 51 Job, for our strong reputation and brand awareness among Chinese university students.





Continental China achieved the 2020 China Best Employer Award (2020 Outstanding Campus Recruitment Award) from Zhaopin.com, which means our campus recruitment strategy has been regarded as a good example in market, and has earned broad recognition and high reputation among Chinese university students.





In 2019, Continental China was awarded by Engineering Students, within Universum study, for Embracing New Technology, meaning our branding image as the innovative technology company was strengthen.



Continental China was recognized with the 2019 China Best Employer Award by Zhaopin.com, we’re selected as one of the best employers by both university students and professionals, as well as one of the top employers with leading human resource management strategy in China market.

Czech Republic

Continental Automotive was awarded 3rd place in Employer of the Year in Czech Republic among companies with more than 5,000 employees. The company also received 1st place in the regional ranking.

European Union

Dr. Peter Dolfen, Head of Corporate Safety & Health, and Klaus-Dieter Wendt, Head of Ergonomics.

We won the Best Practice Award for our innovative ergonomics and demographics program from the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA). Our workplace design protects both young and old employees from excessive stresses and strain.

In 2019, Continental France moved up 12 positions in the top 100 Most Attractive employers for engineering students.  





In 2020, Continental France moved up 4 positions in the top 130 Most Attractive employers for professionals.






We are proud to share that our French HR team received the EFQM Regional Best Practices Award for its employer branding strategy: “How to become the most attractive and progressive employer?”. The EFQM® Excellence Model is one of the most popular "quality" tools in Europe, used by more than 30,000 organizations.

Germany

We won the German Digital Transformer Award 2018. According to the jury, Continental's transformation into a technology company, consistent use of digital solutions, and our focus on lifelong learning are factors leading to this decision. These and more are enhancing our colleagues' mobility and flexibility to drive innovation and to shape the future.



According to Glassdoor Continental is among the top 10 employers in Germany based on employee satisfaction.

Global

Continental was ranked No. 2 by Potentialpark in the Potentialpark Ranking Global.

Since 2002, Potentialpark’s market research has brought the voice of the candidates to both employers and universities.

Hungary

Continental Hungary was awarded as 3rd place by PwC in the most attractive employer in production category.

Most of the people in Hungary want to work at Continental, according to a survey by Dreamjo.bs! For the third time, Dreamjo.bs has announced the „Most Lovable Workplace” award which recognize the best attractive employer of the country.

India








We won two awards for excellence in Research & Development (R&D) for our Technical Center India (TCI), presented by Zinnov. The first category, Unlocking Centre Value, recognizes R&D organizations across both Engineering and Enterprise IT centers that have rapidly evolved from being a pure play cost center to a value center. Building a Culture of Intrapreneurial Leadership, the second category, recognizes GCoEs that create and sustain a culture that encourages, develops, and nurtures intrapreneurial leaders, and have made concerted efforts to drive a strong leadership philosophy.

Mexico


Continental Mexico ranks #16 in the Super Company List 2020, in the category of more than 3000 employees.











Continental Mexico is ranked on the 49th place by students in the engineering and IT domains, based on the UNIVERSUM 2020 study.



Continental won the video contest #ILovemyTOPjob in the category of more than 3,000 employees and ranked 18th in the Super Company list 2018.

Continental Portugal was awarded as “Biggest & Best Campany” in the category “Best Company in Car Sector”.

Romania


Continental was awarded as the second most desired employer in Romania. The analysis by Catalyst included drive insights about employement behavior, compensation and benefits, communication channels as well as employer perception.

Singapore

Continental ranked 42nd in the list of Best Employers Singapore 2020, a ranking of the 150 most attractive firms and institutions, based on the results of a survey by The Straits Times and global research company.

United States

Continental US was certified as “A great Place to Work” by the Global Authority of Workplace Culture, based on employee feedback.
