Digital Dealer Offer: Continental Redesigns ECHO App

      • Dealers can conveniently control and track complaint processes with the app via their mobile devices
      • Update available from the beginning of 2023 in the popular app stores

Hanover, Germany, December 16, 2022. ECHO gets a new look: In early 2023, the Continental mobile app for tire dealers will appear with a customized user interface. "We have been supplying our customers with premium-quality tires for more than a century. If technical complaints do arise, we have been offering ECHO for four years, a digital tool that makes the work of tire dealers around the world much easier," says Ralf Gellermann, Head of Global Systems & Standards Technical Customer Services at Continental Tires. "In our latest update, we have now redesigned the app from the ground up and are pleased to offer our customers an improved design and optimized usability."

The ECHO app makes it easy for tire dealers to process technical complaints. In doing so, dealers simply upload the images of the respective product to the app or take them directly via the app. Users can then add descriptions of the tires and track the current status. ECHO integrates into a wide range of different services with which Continental makes the work of tire dealers, workshops and fleet managers easier. The tire manufacturer will continue to consistently develop new business models and create a complete ecosystem of smart digital solutions around tires, leveraging its competitive advantage as one of the world's largest suppliers of electronics, sensors and software in the mobility industry.

The ECHO app is available for iOS and Android. Continental plans to continue to regularly expand the app with additional features in the future.
