New SportContact 7 Force debuts on new exclusive BRABUS BODO supercar

  • New SportContact 7 Force: road‑to‑track thrills
  • Adaptive design and compound, tuned for precise feedback and grip
  • Tailormade specification with BRABUS “BB” sidewall identification
  • Special development of the multi-award-winning SportContact 7 with a focus on precise performance

Hanover, Germany, May 18, 2026. Continental is expanding its award‑winning SportContact family with the SportContact 7 Force, a new ultra‑ultra‑high‑performance (UUHP) summer tire engineered for selected high‑performance sports cars and now equipping the new BRABUS BODO, the global tuning company’s latest high performance supercar. Building on the SportContact 7’s position among the leading summer tires with numerous independent test wins, the new SportContact 7 Force is developed for maximum control at high speed on the road and on the racetrack. The dedicated derivative carries the BB sidewall identification, manufactured exclusively for BRABUS. Continental and BRABUS thereby deepen their more than 25 year technological partnership, which is built on performance, precision and premium quality.

Sportiness – noticeable everyday

Drawing on Continental’s tread concept proven in the SportContact 7, the SportContact 7 Force responds quickly to changing loads to keep control high and reactions precise even at high speeds. In practice, this supports predictable lane change behavior, stable motorway running and repeatable grip under successive braking and acceleration on track. "With the SportContact 7 Force, we are taking the performance of our most successful UUHP tire to an even sportier level. The combination of adaptive tread pattern, advanced Harmonized BlackChili compound and vehicle-specific design enables handling that remains precise, stable and controllable under extreme conditions. Balancing everyday use with racetrack competence was our development target. Our tires are the first with specification marking for BRABUS showing that not only is the vehicle tailored made but the tires are special too.” says Dr. Marian Graßmann, Senior Tire Developer Continental Germany.

Proven partners in performance: 25+ years

Continental and BRABUS have collaborated for more than 25 years, delivering ultra‑high‑performance fitments that align tire construction, compound, aerodynamics, and axle‑load realities of very powerful cars. The limited BRABUS BODO extends that tradition with the newly developed SportContact 7 Force specification tuned to the model’s dynamic objectives.

“The BRABUS BODO embodies modern coachbuilding at the highest level—down to the very last detail,” says Dipl.-Ing. Jörn Gander, Chief Technology Officer at BRABUS. “Together with Continental, we created a bespoke tire technology that perfectly combines performance, control, and character. The BB signature on the sidewall makes visible what sets this project apart: genuine individual development rather than compromise.”

A founder’s legacy, expressed in elegance and functionality

The design story pairs a sentimental heritage with a modern performance brief. Serving as the enabling interface between intent and asphalt, the SportContact 7 Force delivers predictable grip, steering precision and high‑speed stability that translate power into confidence. It is the latest chapter in a long‑running technical partnership between BRABUS and Continental focused on turning bold ideas into day-to-day performance.
