Your task.

In the context of industry 4.0 and the production of tomorrow, artificial intelligence, image processing and object recognition as well as robotics are increasingly used. We invite you to a gamified field study: Use embedded systems and networked solutions to master the labyrinth and capture the Continental robot. Compete with your own team robots in an exciting tournament against us and other teams.

Each team receives two mobile robots. The rules are simple: The team, that locates and captures the Continental robot fastest, wins. You have to develop effective strategies and implement them on your mobile robots. Get an interesting insight into image processing and object recognition, mobile robotics application and expand your programming skills.

Your skills.

The following skills are what you need:

  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C/C++ or others
  • Initial experience with mobile robotics and artificial intelligence is helpful
  • Enthusiasm for innovation, gaming, robots, team spirit and of course the future of mobility

Your equipment.

The robots are already waiting in the labyrinth. All you have to bring along is your own laptop with a programming environment (e.g. Visual Studio, Winpython) and general software (Windows, Powerpoint) as well as software with access to virtual machines - and you’re are ready to go!
