If you do not arrange for your data to be deleted, it will continue to be stored after the application process has been completed in accordance with legal regulations, so as to make further career opportunities at Continental available to you. This period applies to all of your applications. If, in future, new legal requirements require a change to the retention period, this period will be modified without prior notification. If you do not delete your general data (candidate profile) at an earlier date, it will continue to be stored until the end date specified by applicable law. The retention period starts over with each registration.
All other liability on the part of Continental is excluded, except in the case of compelling legal liability such as willful misconduct, gross negligence, mortal injury, bodily harm, or damage to health.
