Dialog and Knowledge
Continuous dialog with our employees is a core element of our Human Relations work. Regular surveys about their expectations and working environment are an important part of this dialog. It is equally important to us that we act on the ideas and suggestions of our employees.
One tool that we use to get to know our employees even better is OUR BASICS Live. In this survey, our employees regularly, voluntarily and anonymously provide information about how satisfied they are with their respective duties, their line managers and the corporate culture.
There is a long tradition of knowledge and ideas management at Continental. Since 1930, our employees have been able to submit suggestions for improvements that are remunerated with bonuses if implemented.
ConNext, the internal social network of Continental, offers rapid sharing of knowledge, quick worldwide communication and swift availability of information.
